No-Show / Cancellation Policy

1. Definitions

- No-show: not attending the appointment without prior notice.

- Late cancellation: Cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice (or 48 hours for high-demand/extended-time procedures; this will be indicated in the confirmation).

- Delay: arrival 10–15 minutes after the appointment time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

Some services require a deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit:

- It is deducted from the final value when the service is performed.

- It is non-refundable in case of no-show or late cancellation.

- You can move once (1) if you reschedule within the deadline with notice (≥24/48 h).

3. Penalties

- No-show: the deposit is lost and a full prepayment may be required for new bookings.

- Late cancellation: the deposit is lost; for services without a deposit, a fixed late cancellation fee may be charged ([amount or %]).

- Lateness: If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other patients (rescheduling charge may apply).

4. Packages and bonuses

Sessions not used due to no-shows or late cancellations may be counted as completed. Packages are personal and non-transferable and have an expiration date.

If for clinical or operational reasons we need to reschedule, we will contact you and transfer your deposit without penalty.

6. Exceptions

Situations of force majeure (acute illness, emergency) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation where appropriate.
